- Course objective: to equip participants with the advanced skills and knowledge required to manage complex office operations, manage teams, and develop strategic plans; to develop expertise in areas such as project management, data analysis, and office software applications.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in office management and secretaryship management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field with at least two years of work experience in an administrative role.
- Duration: five-month program.
- Flexible timetable: morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and online sessions available.
- Course structure: consists of 7 modules; modules 1- 4 focuses on theoretical knowledge, module 5 focuses on specialized topics, module 6 focuses on advanced office software applications and the last module focuses on the capstone project.
