- Course objective: to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage hospitality operations, provide excellent customer service, and develop a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

- Duration: three-month classroom training program; two-month industry internship or job attachment.
- Flexible timetable: morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and online sessions available.
- Course structure: weeks 1 – 8 are focused on theory and knowledge based modules; weeks 9 – 10 are focused on project work and assessments. Participants will work on a project to apply the concepts learned in the course to real life scenarios, submit their projects and present their findings to the class.
