The Governing Council of Jayee University College, chaired by Prof Jophus Anamuah-Mensah, has appointed  Prof  John Nee Djan Dodoo as the new president of Jayee University College. The Jayee community welcomes him full-heartedly and lends its support to him towards raising the university to its highest laurels.

Prof  John Nee Djan Dodoo assumed office as President of Jayee University College in October 2017. He came into this office with nearly fifty years of teaching and administrative experience in the University of Ghana, Legon and the Methodist University College Ghana.

A level 400 BBA Journalism student of Jayee University College, JUC Accra campus has been crowned the ultimate winner of the maiden edition of Miss Pink Ghana in Accra.

After months of tough and strict display of fashion, culture, modelling and academia knowledge Miss Perpetual Konadu Webana , the Ashanti regional representative took home a brand new Pink Hyundai i10 car, GH6000, a trip to Europe, one year working contract with RAM media concepts and variety of souvenirs from other sponsors.

Jayee University College has established an online radio station to enhance practicals for students in the area of broadcast journalism and communication.

In addition, the introduction of an online television station is underway to augment facilities for practicals in communication studies at the college.

The facilities are part of effects by the college to enhance the quality of teaching, and to enable the students to gain more practical knowledge to build their careers.

Former Vice Chancellor of the University of Winneba, Professor Jophus Anamoah-Mensah and the current Chairman of the Governing Council of Jayee University College, has called for reforms and re-engineering of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) as a means of curbing unemployment in the country./
